Rinsebase×Hospitable
Official Hospitable Marketplace Partner

Your client connects Hospitable.
Your crew is already dispatched.

Rinsebase is the software for the cleaning company — the independent business that does the turnovers. When your client's guest checks out of a property they run on Hospitable, the clean is already on your schedule, the crew is assigned, and the proof is on its way. Real-time, with the guest's name — not just “Reserved.”

Real-time, not a calendar refresh

A direct API connection —
everything iCal can't do.

A calendar feed gives you dates on a delay, and the guest just shows as “Reserved.” As an official Hospitable partner, Rinsebase connects to the API — so you get the full picture, the moment it changes.

Instant, not every 30 minutes

The moment your client's guest books, reschedules, or cancels, the clean updates on your schedule — no waiting on a calendar pull, and never a duplicate job.

👤

The guest's name, not “Reserved”

iCal hides who's staying. The Hospitable connection brings the guest name through, so your crew knows exactly who's checking out and who's checking in.

🔄

Cancellations cancel the clean

When a guest cancels, the turnover comes off your schedule automatically — no crew sent to an empty turnover, no awkward call to your client.

🔒

Only the data a clean needs

Properties, dates, check-in/out times, guest name. That's it — Rinsebase deliberately doesn't request your client's financials.

One link per client

You send a link.
Your client connects their own account.

You serve many hosts. Each one connects their own Hospitable account once — and their properties land under their client record in your dashboard. Ten clients, ten links, all separate.

1

Send the connect link

From any client's property in Rinsebase, generate a one-click “connect your calendar” link and send it to your host.

2

They authorize Hospitable

Your client opens the link on their own device, clicks “Connect with Hospitable,” and approves — no Rinsebase login needed.

3

Turnovers schedule themselves

Their reservations flow in. Every checkout becomes a turnover clean — right window, crew assigned, checklist attached, client kept in the loop.

Want to show your hosts the value first? Send them to rinsebase.com/for-hosts — it explains the connection in their language.

Your client stays in control

Your client picks which properties you handle.

Connecting Hospitable doesn't hand you their whole account — your client chooses exactly which listings you clean. Three of their ten, or all of them; the rest stay theirs. A host who uses a different cleaner across town can give each of you just your slice — something the platforms that treat you as a vendor seat can't do.

Only the properties that are yours

You see the listings your client assigns to you — and nothing else. No clutter, no properties you were never hired for.

📥

Properties load themselves

Each listing arrives with its address and details pulled from Hospitable. No spreadsheet, no data entry — they connect, and it's in your dashboard.

🔒

Your client keeps control

Only they change the list, so a property you were hired for never gets dropped by someone else's mistake.

📈

Scale without re-onboarding

A 30-listing portfolio is one connection and a few checkboxes. Your client adds a property later? Assign it and it syncs in.

Built for the business that does the cleaning

Hospitable runs your client's listings.
Rinsebase runs your company.

Your client manages their guests in Hospitable. You manage your whole business in Rinsebase — across every client, on every platform. Crew dispatch and GPS, payroll, invoicing your own clients under your brand, photo-verified proof, and a branded portal you hand each host. The Hospitable connection is one more property feeding a system that's entirely yours.

Common questions

Connecting Hospitable —
what to know.

Do I need a Hospitable account? +
No. Rinsebase is for you, the cleaning company. Your client — the host or property manager — has the Hospitable account. You send them a link, they authorize their own account, and their reservations flow into your dashboard.
How is this different from iCal sync? +
iCal gives dates only, on a 30-minute delay, and the guest shows as “Reserved.” The Hospitable API connection is real-time — bookings, reschedules, and cancellations update instantly — and it includes the guest's name.
Can I connect more than one client's Hospitable account? +
Yes — that's the point. Each host-client connects their own account through their own link, and their properties land under their client record. One cleaning company, many connected hosts, all kept separate.
What data does Rinsebase see? +
Only what's needed to schedule and verify a clean: properties, reservation dates, check-in/out times, and the guest name. Rinsebase does not request financial data.
Is it on every plan? +
PMS sync (Hospitable, OwnerRez) is included on the Growth plan ($59/mo) and up. The Starter plan covers residential and core cleaning workflows.
How does the Rinsebase + Hospitable integration work? +
Rinsebase is an official Hospitable Marketplace partner. Your STR client connects their Hospitable account in one click and authorizes Rinsebase to read their reservations. From then on, every guest checkout automatically creates a turnover cleaning job on your schedule — with the right window, crew, and checklist — and cancellations cancel the clean.
Do I need a Hospitable account to use this? +
No. Rinsebase is for the cleaning company — your client (the host or property manager) is the one with the Hospitable account. You send them a connect link, they authorize their own account, and their reservations flow into your Rinsebase dashboard.
What's the difference between Hospitable sync and iCal sync? +
iCal gives you dates only, on a delay, and the guest just shows as 'Reserved.' The Hospitable API connection is real-time — bookings, reschedules, and cancellations update instantly — and it includes the guest's name, so your crew knows who's checking in and out.
What data does Rinsebase access from Hospitable? +
Only what's needed to schedule and verify a clean: properties, reservation dates, check-in/out times, and the guest name. Rinsebase deliberately does not request financial data.

A note from the founder

“My wife runs a cleaning crew, so I know the turnover scramble first-hand. Partnering with Hospitable means the hosts our customers serve can connect in one click — and the cleaning company finally has the same real-time visibility the host does, without living in the host's app.”
